Winner of the Comedy Women in Print Unpublished Prize! How do you solve your own murder when you’re already dead? Purgatory (noun): 1. Where the dead are sent to atone before they go to heaven. 2. A place of suffering or torment. When Dave wakes up in a youth hostel he visited in 1982, he discovers three things: 1. He’s dead 2. This is purgatory 3. He must atone to get to heaven (or not, and go to hell) Oh, and 4. He was murdered. But Heaven doesn’t know who murdered him so with the help of two rogue angels, Dave must uncover the truth. As celestial forces from both sides start to play the game, can Dave get out of this alive? Or at the very least, with his soul intact?
